Terms of
Service

Last Updated: March 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Swara provides a platform for Telegram content creators to manage subscriptions and payments. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for the content shared in their Telegram channels. Swara acts only as a facilitation layer for payments and access management. Creators must comply with all local laws and Telegram's own Terms of Service.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Swara facilitates payments via M-Pesa (Safaricom) and Paystack. By subscribing to a channel, users agree to the pricing and interval set by the Creator. Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Creator or in cases of technical failure on Swara's part.

4. Prohibited Content

The Service may not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the distribution of unauthorized adult content, gambling without proper licensing, or fraudulent schemes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Swara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Telegram channels as they are subject to Telegram's technical uptime.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Nairobi.
